Linkway Transport Group Inc. is a privately owned, asset-based carrier providing:
- Intermodal drayage to and from major rail ramps (pre-pull, drop/hook/pick, and live loading/unloading)
- Secure short-term and long-term container storage
- Regional truck haul services
Our Site allows visitors to learn about our services and submit inquiries through our contact form.

This disclaimer applies to the Site itself. Our actual transportation, drayage, and storage services are governed by the separate service agreements, bills of lading, tariffs, or terms of carriage applicable to each shipment, which take precedence over this Site disclaimer for matters concerning cargo, delivery, or storage obligations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Linkway Transport Group Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of income, profits, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Ontario or Canadian law, and nothing in this Section is intended to limit liability arising under a separate signed service agreement, bill of lading, or contract of carriage governing an actual shipment or storage arrangement.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linkway Transport Group Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario.
